Trespasser-setting Name Tables

On a 5e homebrew Discord server named the Discord of Many Things, I host a monthly prompt in exchange for a shiny badge. May's prompt was about putting together a random table of names for a game you're running, because sometimes prompts are just an excuse to do something you've been putting off. I am not actively running a game, but I will eventually kick off a game of Trespasser, and it seemed like a good time to put together some names for it.

It's a very wetland-y and mountainous region so I decided to take my core name inspo from central Europe east of the Alps (Austria, Solvenia, Croatia). West is the seat of one of the religious centers of the setting, home of the Phoenix Speaker, so taking inspiration from the Vatican, Italy, and early Christian names. The seat of the kingdom is southward, so plucking from eastern Europe all the way down to Greece. Mostly a saltwater lake to the east, and I will worry about the north if players end up going there. Names are a 2d12 so I have some rarer names from the western religious center on the upper end and kingdom names on the lower, but most names should be landing in the middle of the road.
